Payment Options

Our providers typically offer several payment options:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Credit and debit cards are accepted. Through your Patient Portal, you can securely enter your card information yourself. Full card numbers are never visible to anyone-payments are encrypted and stored securely by our banking partner. If needed, you may split payments across multiple cards by adding each card to your profile.
  • Cash: Payment in U.S. cash is accepted by many providers. Please contact us to learn about any current discounts that may be available when paying the majority of your procedure in cash.
  • Cashier’s Checks: Some providers accept cashier’s checks. Your Patient Portal will indicate whether your selected provider accepts this form of payment and will provide instructions on how to prepare it.
  • Layaway Plan: The Patient Portal allows you to make partial payments toward your procedure over time. You can set a reminder frequency-or turn reminders off entirely-and there are no minimum payment requirements. You decide when and how much to pay. Payments are never automatic; you initiate each payment yourself. Once your balance is paid in full, your procedure can be performed.
  • Financing: We work with several lending partners that offer monthly payment plans. You can apply directly through the Patient Portal and typically receive a response the same day-sometimes instantly. If approved, an agent will review the terms with you, including any down payment, interest rate, monthly payment, and loan duration. Once finalized, the lender pays the provider directly. We’ve helped hundreds of patients obtain financing and are happy to assist you through the process.
  • CareCredit: CareCredit is not currently accepted.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please note that regardless of the payment option you choose, a cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a scheduled procedure.

Taking the first step toward better health starts with becoming informed. By creating an account, you’re allowing our team to provide you with accurate information, help coordinate next steps, and determine whether weight loss surgery may be appropriate for you.

Many patients explore surgical options as part of a broader approach to managing their health, but outcomes vary by individual. Our role is to support you with education, coordination, and access to experienced providers so you can make an informed decision.

We look forward to speaking with you and answering any questions you may have. Please note that individual results are not guaranteed, and all surgical procedures involve risks.
