The experience was excellent overall. Comfortable hotel, great staff. Now there were a few things to complain about - mainly the small van with 12 people of large persuasions on board - but that's it.

Response: Thank you. We have since added more vans and broken pickups to 4 times per day to "lighten" the loads. Smaller groups, more frequent, makes it a more pleasing experience for all.
