Almost 6 months since the procedure. I had no complications after the procedure. I stalled with the weight loss at 85 pounds for about 3 weeks. I had started to introduce different types foods that were not the best choices and that scared me. After re-evaluating what I was doing I went back to eating the basics and started walking. The weight loss has resumed and I have lost another 20 pounds.
I lost 31 pounds pre opp and then 74 pounds post opp. thats 105 in total! I still need to loose another 82 pounds to reach my goal but I believe that I can achieve that goal. I have a goal of being healthy by the time I turn 60 years old and losing the weight is the first step. Exercising is starting to come easier now that I'm 105 pounds lighter. I'm looking forward to see what I can accomplish in the next 6 months.
