I would recommend Dr. Almanza and his facility to anyone that asked. I had a great experience while I was there. I have lost 35 pounds since the surgery and I feel great. I had the surgery on a Friday and was back at work on Wednesday, of course I have a desk job, so I was not doing anything that was to physical. My surgical incisions are almost completely gone.

If you are even thinking about doing this, I say go for it. The worst part of the whole procedure was the liquid diet, and if I can do it anyone can.

Since I have been home, this procedure has not hindered me in anyway, other than eating or I should say learning how to eat. My husband says I am a cheap date now. We usually just share a plate.
