I'm down to my goal weight, having lost 45 lbs in total. It was very rough the first month, physically the hardest thing I have ever done. The experience in Mexico was very positive, I really felt well cared for and safe. Very good experience overall, from day one with the scheduling to the nurses and doctors to the follow up.
