I had the surgery on the 4 th of July. I am very glad I had the surgery. I am loosing about 4 pounds a week. I did have a stroke about 4 years ago so I am not doing the exercise that would help.
I was lucky. I had a person next to me who told me to make sure I took my gasex and walked. What a difference it made. I really recommend you do it.It really makes a difference.
