I strongly suggest anyone who has been struggling with their weight and is willing to travel to Tijuana Mexico. Doctor Mario Almanza and his medical staff... all the nurses, all the hotel employees, everything I experience there was fantastic beyond belief. I went through some surgical emotions. However, it is now a week since my surgery and I don't feel the pain as much.
